Nine observational questions based on how your skin has actually behaved since summer - no clinical jargon, no self-diagnosis required. You'll receive one of five post-summer skin type results, plus a secondary flag if your skin has more than one thing going on. Everything in your Reset is built from this result.

Within minutes of purchase, your skin type module arrives by email - written by the Avery clinical team, specific to your post-summer result. It explains what happened to your skin this summer at a biological level, what your sample kit contains and why each product was chosen for your skin type, and what clinical options exist if you want to go further.

Receive Your Curated Sample Kit
Your kit is assembled specifically for your skin type result - four universal post-summer products every participant receives, plus one product matched to your primary skin concern. Newcastle patients collect in-clinic. Can't make it in? We'll post it to you for a flat $20 postage fee. If your quiz detected a secondary skin type, there's a bonus sample in there too.
WITHIN 1-2 WEEKS
Your Complimentary Skin Analysis
Participants attend a 20–30 minute in-clinic appointment using the Avery clinical imaging system - revealing UV damage, pigmentation depth and vascular patterning beneath the surface. Not local? We'll conduct your analysis via video call with one of our clinicians. Either way, you leave with a written summary of your results and no obligation to do anything further.

Book Your Clinical Consultation
If you'd like to go further and build a full treatment plan, the next step is a 45–60 minute clinical consultation with one of our registered nurses or dermal therapists. The $100 consultation fee is redeemable against skincare or treatments purchased at the same appointment.* Reset participants who attend a consultation receive 20% off skincare purchased within 6 weeks of that appointment.

Access Your Reset Skincare or Treatment Packages
If your consultation identifies a clinical need and your treating practitioner recommends treatment, you'll be provided with relevant options. Any treatments discussed are specific to your individual clinical assessment and are only recommended where clinically appropriate. Programme pricing is available exclusively to Reset participants who proceed following consultation.

For $19.95 you receive the Skin Intelligence Quiz, a personalised clinician-authored education module delivered instantly by email, a curated sample kit matched to your skin type and collected in-clinic, a complimentary clinical imaging appointment with a written summary to take home, and the SPF Intelligence Bonus Guide. If the quiz detects a secondary skin concern, there's a bonus sample in your kit too - a little extra that isn't listed anywhere.
The imaging appointment is included in your programme fee. There is no obligation to book any further services, and no additional costs apply unless you choose to proceed with the optional consultation (Step 5). -
Not a problem. If you're unable to visit the Avery clinic in Newcastle, we'll conduct your skin analysis via video call with one of our clinicians. It isn't as thorough as an in-person imaging appointment - we'll be working from what we can see rather than what the clinical imaging system reveals - but you'll still receive a genuine clinical assessment and personalised recommendations from a qualified member of the Avery team.

Not at all. Every step of The Reset is yours to take or leave. The consultation is there for patients who want to go further and build a full clinical treatment plan - but it is entirely optional. Many patients complete The Reset, learn a great deal about their skin, and leave with a home routine that genuinely works for them. That is a completely valid outcome.

Absolutely. If you're not local to Newcastle, your curated sample kit can be posted directly to you for an additional $20 postage fee. You'll receive the same personalised kit as every other Reset participant - matched to your skin type result and ready to use alongside your video call skin analysis.
